We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation

All COD orders are confirmed through phone call or SMS.
If a customer does not confirm the order, it may be cancelled.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be in original packaging
You must provide order number and product pictures

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Non-Returnable Cases

We will not accept returns if:

The product has been used
The product is damaged by the customer
The customer refuses the parcel at delivery without valid reason
The return request is made after 7 days

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and videos.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy (COD Orders)

For COD orders:

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund will be sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
Refund process may take 5–7 business days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
